CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Quincy Faison graduated from Bucknell University in 1998 with a dual degree in Economics and Legal Studies. Faison began his career with a successful stint at IBM, where he mastered the foundations of software and application development. He then went on to launch NetSirk Technologies in 2003, which quickly grew into a multimillion-dollar company.
Following the successful sale of NetSirk in 2008, he struck out on his own again to create Green Spoon, a firm offering cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, which is still thriving today. As a result of Green Spoon’s success, Quincy founded Faison Capital, a private equity firm with a portfolio of wholesale and manufacturing companies offering maximized returns for a select group of investors.
Quincy Faison is also the founder and host of The Entrepreneur’s World, an innovative weekly podcast providing vital thought leadership and solid business advice to entrepreneurs across America, from streamlining businesses to improve profit margins through to building and developing investment portfolios.
During his impressive entrepreneurial career, Faison has transformed many businesses with unique technology-based growth strategies and watched them flourish. This experience has given him valuable insight into how to most effectively harness the latest technology to build successful business operations, particularly within the niche area of wholesale distribution and manufacturing.
MANAGING PARTNER FAISON CAPITAL UK
Liam Duffy is based in the UK and heads up Faison Capital’s sister company Empire Capital. Liam is a veteran of the British Army, who served on tours in Afghanistan. On his return, he put his considerable organisational and management skills to good use within the area of residential development in the North West of England. Liam successfully completed a number of building projects earning him an enviable reputation for luxurious finish and innovative design.
Liam saw opportunity in a number of largescale residential projects to provide a huge return for investors. He went on to manage investments in a number of property development firms and also in distribution and wholesale businesses. He focuses on improving business output by introducing streamlined processes and developing a no-nonsense management team with a commitment to reducing wastage and increasing profit.
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Bob Knapic is an entrepreneur and former executive managing finance, manufacturing accounting, supply-chain and IT organizations for over 25 years. Mr. Knapic is the Co-Founder of WMSI, a warehouse automation consulting company for SMBs. He is also the founder of Cloud9express, a cloud shipping and carrier rate discount system; USTFP, a financial services company targeting the transportation industry and Transgenx, a bio-tech company with patents for two very exciting compounds.
Bob’s first corporate assignment was managing the multi-billion dollar international financing of oil tankers and domestic distribution of refined products for Koch Asphalt and Fuels companies. He was also a key financial architect of the Management Team that turned around $1 billion Mueller Industries from a company on the brink of bankruptcy into an industry leader in less than two years.
Bob’s role in the early months of that turnaround was crucial to the survival of the company and paved the way for tremendous growth of the organization. Driven by this success, he enjoyed personal advancement into the leadership of the organization responsible for managing the investment of $145million into new plant infrastructure.
After Mueller, Bob secured large supply chain re-engineering projects as a Consultant which led to the formation of WMSI and Cloud9express. Over the last 15 years, he has been responsible for saving millions of dollars for SMBs through the implementation of his transformative growth strategies.
SENIOR ADVISOR FG INDUSTRIAL SERVICES HOLDINGS
Christian Voss has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and private capital markets. Voss began his career in the capital markets division at Merrill Lynch in the debt advisory and private credit structuring team in New York and Hong Kong where he worked for 9 years.
Christian is a Graduate of Villanova University’s School of Business (VSB) with a BSc in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business as an Arthur R. Taylor Scholarship recipient.
During his career, Christian was responsible for Global Private Debt Markets team at BNP- Paribas Securities in New York and London for 6 years. While at BNPP, he developed and built out a fully functioning private placement desk in both New York and London, focused on mid cap domestic and cross-border senior and subordinated debt financings for middle market companies in the energy, commodity and general industrial sectors.
Mr. Voss is currently a Senior Advisor to Faison Capital and Greenwich Capital Partners.
Vice President – Investor Relations
Karen joined Faison Capital as Director of Finance in July 2021. Karen has extensive experience in sales and construction world-wide, having worked with large international companies for many years. A licensed real estate broker specializing in semi and custom built homes and worked as an advanced certified sales professional before establishing Four Counties Interiors as one of the leading procurement specialist companies in the South West. In Karen’s role as Vice President of Investor Relations her responsibilities include:
• Managing the fundraising process across multiple funds and special purpose vehicles
• Assisting leadership in the development and fostering of limited partner relationships with family offices, corporations, and institutional investors •Maintaining the fundraising CRM, preparing/updating marketing presentations, creating and organizing due diligence materials, and managing fundraise data rooms
• Communicating with limited partners
ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Prior to launching Geddis Holdings, Mark founded Collegiate Images in July 2002 which was later acquired by IMG Worldwide and XOS Technologies. Collegiate Images serves as the centralized licensing and rights clearance agency that manages the distribution of copyrighted intellectual property content, focusing exclusively on college sports. CI partners with copyright holders to define, claim, protect and manage their intellectual property, allowing each copyright holder to control and monetize those rights in the ever-changing digital landscape.
Prior to CI, Geddis co-founded Convizion a digital content management company in 2000. In previous years, he served as Chief Marketing and Business Development Director for several H. Wayne Huizenga Holdings companies.
For several years Geddis served in numerous roles with the Florida Marlins Baseball Club. He was the head of Communications during the team’s first World Championship in 1997, overseeing the club’s marketing communications, broadcast operations and the coordination of broadcast matters with Major League Baseball.
Geddis received his B.S. degree in Sports Management from Old Dominion University and Master’s in Media Administration from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He brings a unique energy to the Faison Capital team, with extensive experience that allows him to create unique growth solutions for small businesses.

Mike Bitar is partner and managing director at recruitment firm Protis Global, where he strengthens the leadership team as a strategic, forward thinking and value-added authority on human capital architecture. Mike’s MO is to facilitate a ‘people solutions’ strategy that is timely, efficient and most importantly, productive for all parties involved. These solutions allow both clients and candidates to make well-informed decisions to ensure talent is harnessed in the most effective ways.
Under Bitar’s leadership, the Protis Global team has accelerated to top 5 offices worldwide within a field of 350+ organizations and 3,000+ recruiters. In addition to directing the team, Michael has achieved exceptional individual accomplishments within the search industry, including the prestigious honor of “National Rookie of the Year”.
Dedication to developing partnerships with Protis clients while delivering top talent earned Michael cumulative billings exceeding $24 million. Michael attributes his individual and team success to focused client partnerships that facilitate an understanding of the client’s culture, critical business issues, and organizational challenges. Michael continues to give back to the recruiting industry by mentoring many new search consultants both within and outside the Protis Global walls.
MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Moya graduated from the University of Liverpool, UK in 2017 with a Bachelor of Law Honours degree and has since transferred her negotiation and dispute resolution skills acquired through her legal experience into her current ventures.
Moya’s entrepreneurial flair led her away from her legal career to pursue personal business endeavours; from marketing and currency trading, to the nightlife industry, where she has built a successful floor sales staff agency for bars and nightclubs.
Moya’s proudest achievement to date is her niche brand Infinity, which she directs in affiliation with a reputable international trading broker. With an ever-expanding global client base, Infinity offers a variety of trading and educational services for new traders looking to learn and earn in the Foreign Exchange and Cryptocurrency markets.
A keen interest in investment combined with an eagerness to explore the world of business acquisitions, Moya joined Faison Capital and has excelled in evaluating potential future acquisitions for both Faison and our sister company Empire Capital, based in the UK.

After leaving School at the age of 16, Stephen immediately entered into the world of construction. Learning the trade from working closely with property developers for a number of years, Stephen opened his own construction firm at the age of 19.
Duggan went on to invest in his first property at the age of 23, growing his property portfolio while expanding his construction firm into some key new areas. He now has a huge workforce undertaking several largescale commercial projects together with luxury residential developments for high net worth individuals.
Stephen’s investment strategy has resulted in his parent company exceeding £10 million annual turnover in a short space of time, with further exponential growth predicted for the future.
Based in the UK, Stephen has a fantastic reputation across the country for in-depth knowledge of the construction industry gained from his innovative approach that has grown his business into a successful luxury development group.
Lawyer (Co-Founded Wright Connatser)
co-founded Wright Connatser with his business partner and fellow social entrepreneur, Bob Wright in 2014. Adam serves the firm’s clients by drawing on 17-plus years of experience practicing business law, including 13 as an associate and partner at the global firm Squire Patton Boggs. He serves a wide range of clients, from those at the highest echelons of business and finance to entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses, and non-profits. Adam’s expertise includes business and transaction structuring, private placements, M&A, fund formation, finance, workouts and restructurings, corporate and securities, and various related areas of practice. He has written and spoken extensively on topics such as M&A, finance, impact investing and social entrepreneurship.
Adam was named to the list of D Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine 2017. He was named to the list of Rising Stars by Thomson Reuters for 2005-2007, 2009, 2011-2016. This designation is earned each year by a select group of 2.5% of Texas lawyers under the age of 40. Adam attended The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated With Honors in 2001. Before that, he attended Baylor University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Business in 1998.
In the community, Adam has served on numerous non-profit boards, including as Board President of Family Compass, a strong and long-standing child abuse prevention agency. He coaches his kids’ soccer and T-ball teams and is also a proud member of the Leadership Dallas class of 2014. He’s the head of his daughter’s Adventure Princesses tribe and the breakfast chef at home, where he specializes in whole grain pancakes and scrambled eggs.
Kent is a highly respected marketeer with over thirty years experience covering a wide range of industries and markets most notably property investment and travel.
A background in London advertising agencies and a stint at Sky Television and News Corporation led to the founding of integrated agency, Harrison Laws Crossman in Soho at the age of 27. Clients included Hilton, WorldCom, Opel Cars Europe, IKEA, Pitney Bowes and London Clubs International.
Since 2005 Kent has been working on a various change management and turn-around projects for a major international bank. He joined Signature Living in December 2016 to work on its property development expansion and subsequently has been working with a number of U.K. based property developers on projects in and around London.

Sarah is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) having qualified in 2001. She also holds the Institute of Financial Services Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Financial Planning Certificate.
During her career, Sarah has held a number of senior executive positions in the finance arena for 20+ years across various industries including; fund and wealth management, property development and investment, gaming, retail and manufacturing, working for multi-national companies including territories within the UK, USA, France, Spain, Germany and China.
Sarah has a proven track record as an accounting professional with extensive success translating ambitious vision into strategic plans to deliver growth; driving revenue and enhancing operational standards and efficiency, underpinned by a thorough grounding in all aspects of financial management, governance and reporting.
